He has an extensive know-how in spares parts business processes and supply chain optimization. In the business transformation projects he has been designing and implementing a location-based inventory management process for 39 warehouses to manage 1,5m part/locations. In the last years he was leading the business process design to transform the local inventory management model to a global supply chain optimization model.

From strategy to delivery, from military operations to whole-life cost policy and from the perspective of user, customer, bid manager, business leader and executive, Chris has experienced Customer Services from many angles in a career already spanning more than 30 years.  Currently VP Services for Land & Air Systems, a Thales global business unit, Chris leads the Customer Services activity that supports customers in over 50 countries with Customer Service teams on 5 continents. His primary mission is to help customers fully exploit the Thales products and services they operate but it is also to shape the way new products and services are developed in line with customer needs, emerging technologies and business innovation.    Chris has been with Thales since 2001 and before he served in the Royal Air Force as a senior officer responsible for logistics and support.  He is currently based in France.

With 23 years of experience in telecommunications, including 21 in Services, Jean-Pierre had many regional and global leader positions in Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia including  VP EMEA Services and VP Global Field Force.
He started his career as a computer Science engineer, then very quickly as a Software leader, finally moved into Services for Telecommunications. Software and Services leadership in businesses with a need for transformation have always been his 2 passions.
Since 1997, Jean-Pierre has an extensive leadership experience in Telecommunications Services, starting with 10 years of Mobile Networks Services for Africa-Middle-East, then Services EMEA all technologies, then Global leader for Applications Services, and finally Global Field Force leader for Nokia. He has managed international teams up to 4900 persons, and a turnover up to 5 Beuros
•    From 84 to 90 Thomson and GEMS, SW leader for CT-scan and ultrasound. Quickly took responsibilities as a SW department mgr, in a product rationalization context  over 3 continents
•    From 90 to 91 GEC-Alstom, SW leader for automated Train Control Systems. Innovative and extremely productive methods were used, e.g. Embedded Formal verification
•    From 92 till 2009, leader for integration of the 1st release of GSM. Then moved to Project Manager for Telstra in Australia, then became head of Global Radio Engineering. Then led MEA Mobile Networks Services which grew from 60Me to 2Be, reaching 10% of the whole Alcatel business. After the merger with Lucent, took Services all technologies first in MEA then for EMEA. (5Be, almost 5000 HC).
•    2010-2013: Restructured the Applications Services business, where Quality was the main challenge. reorganized all Services into a global organization, with Global SW factory, and applying a unique software integration methodology called AIM. Results were 20% productivity increase, increase cust sat by 0.7pt.
•    2013-2015: Services for Wireless EMEA. Focusing on PMO, Customer engineering and control tower.
•    2016-now: VP Market Services Operations and Global Field Force, with 4000 Field Force headcount and 1.7 Beuros spent.

Born in Belgium, Jos De Boes had the opportunity to live in the United States during his youth in the sixties in the sunny state of Georgia.
After returning to Belgium, he successfully finished his studies as Industrial Engineer matering in Mechanics at the BMA Hogeschool in Gent.

His career started at Volvo Europe Trucks in 1980, where he joined the R&D centre and assisted in the development of the medium size truck .During his 10 year period at Volvo, he specialized in Vehicle Acoustics.
In 1990 he decided to take on a new challenge and moved to Toyota Motor Europe, where he was the very first European engineer to join the Toyota Development centre in Brussels.
For 14 years ,he could make a wide contribution to the development of European launched models in the areas of vehicle dynamics, noise and ergonomics.
In 2004 ,he was requested to take on a position at Toyota Motorsports in Cologne in Germany to reorganize the Sports Conversion Department. During this period ha was also the project leader of the very first Toyota Sports conversion vehicle-the Corolla Compressor , which was built in UK in a limited volume of 650 cars.

Moving back to Brussels in 2008, Jos has successfully lead divisions of Accessory development, Customer Service Technical and Customer Service Support and Customer care .

With his combination of automotive passion and customer focus, he was very much appreciated by the 30 Toyota European markets .
Customer first is very high on  his agenda in whichever area he is operating and his most important approach is   to the voice of the real customer.

Since July 2015 , he has move to an early retirement scheme , no longer working for Toyota.

Prior to Librestream, Mike was the VP Asia Pacific for the CiDRA Corporation, a US based instrumentation solution provider, and successfully expanded their marine, mining and energy business within new territories. Other previous roles included senior commercial positions with SENSUS, who provides smart radio measurement networks for the energy and utility industry, and Inlet Technologies, which developed video streaming encoder head end products. Mike has a BSc in Physics from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Liverpool University, is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Physics and accredited by the UK Engineering Council.  Mike brings over 20 years of high technology experience in business development and sales, including strategic partnership and channel development.

Pedro Wiendels is one of the Field Service Directors (FSD) at Airbus responsible for Central Europe.
He studied Aeronautical Engineering in The Netherlands and found his first job at Fokker Aircraft B.V. in 1987 where he worked as a Hydro-Mechanical engineer on F-28 aircraft in the Engineering Support department. After a two-year employment at Fokker he moved to Airbus and joined their Engineering Support department as a Landing Gear engineer. Since 1991 he has been working in the Field Service department at Airbus and held world-wide positions as Representative, Manager and today Director for one of the European regions. As FSD he is responsible to manage all Field Service personnel in his region. The development of people and their careers is one of the main tasks as well as their annual and mid-year interviews. Every year weekly Regional Conferences are held where Field Service personnel receive training, workshops, company updates and team events. As a senior FSM he also takes care of customer KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) and is therefore based in Amsterdam at Schiphol airport.
This operational customer experience, and constant feedback and dialogue with the Field Service stations in the Region, gives him good insights on customer expectations and what added value Field Service can bring; allowing Airbus to further develop its products and services. The role of the Field Service at Airbus is changing; its evolution is very much driven by the customers.
